The Destemperados is a multiplatform of gastronomic content. From experiences, people who enjoy eating and drinking with quality spread their impressions in a variety of ways – on the website, in the app, in the notebook, in the guides. The Team of the Distemperados is composed of consumers passionate about living the gastronomy in all their senses and sharing their opinions with all the public.
Created in 2007 by Diego Fabris, Diogo Carvalho and Lela Zaniol, Destemperados joined Zero Hora in 2014, taking the brand and curator of gastronomy to the newspaper
- not only on paper, but also on events and on all platforms that already exist and that come around.
With around 100 employees passionate about eating and drinking around the country, Destemperados has the mission to map Brazil (and parts of the world) gastronomic.
In 2015, the platform inaugurated Casa Destemperados, a place to experience gastronomic experiences in Porto Alegre. From Tuesday to Sunday, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., there are options of choripans and baked goods from El Sitio and Neapolitan pizzas from Ciao Pizzeria. wine bar with national wines and sparkling wine at affordable prices, and cold beers, as well as house events such as cook shows, fairs, tastings, pastries, among others.
