Destemperados is a multiplatform business of gastronomy content. Foodie writers give their impressions of food and drink experiences through website posts, through its own app and through a weekly newspaper segment that releases complete restaurant guides from time to time. The Destemperados team is made by consumers that love every aspect of gastronomy and sharing their opinion with the public.
The product was created in 2007 by Diego Fabris, Diogo Carvalho and Lela Zaniol. Destemperados joined Zero Hora newspaper, bringing its brand and its curatorial concept not only on paper, but also on events and other platforms.
With a team of about 100 foodies on the whole country, Destemperados has the mission of mapping Brazil – and other parts of the world – one restaurant at a time.
